Skills that set you apart:

• Strong finance leadership experience, preferably in a tech startup or investment banking.
• A strong academic background in Accounting or Finance, CPA/CA is a plus.
• Expertise in FP&A, and producing reports for management, board members and investors.
• Experience managing external financial services and audits.
• Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building relationships, internally and externally.
• Ability to switch between a strategic and hands-on approach to finance as we scale.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading our finance function, shaping our financial strategies and operations.
• Engaging in financial modelling to guide budgeting, cash flow, and strategic decisions.
• Collaborating with People function and team leaders to plan hiring budgets.
• Working with the data team to capture and calculate MRR accurately.
• Approving financial controls, invoices, payroll, and managing accounts payable.
• Managing external financial relationships, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
• Direct audit preparations, develop data dashboards, and enhance financial controls.
